Orders are despatched using Royal Mail First Class.
Delivery charges are as follows (for up to 1kg)

- Next Day delivery (Mon-Fri) £9.25
- Next Day (Sat) £14.00
- All orders £1.50
- Free delivery on orders over £25
- Covers Toward, Innellan, Dunoon, Sandbank, Ardentinny, Strone & Strachur.
- Deliveries are made on evening and weekends. Please make sure there is someone in to receive the order.
Alternatively, orders can be collected from Bookpoint, 2A Ferry Brae, Dunoon, Argyll, PA23 7DJ. We drop orders off at Bookpoint on Saturdays. Please make sure you place your order with sufficient time for your order to be delivered the Saturday BEFORE you wish to collect. When an order is ready for collection, we will send a confirmation e-mail with collection details
We will endeavour to process orders within 72 hours of receipt. Unless otherwise specified, goods will be despatched within 14 days of date of order.
If a specific delivery date is requested, we will endeavour to meet your request however we cannot accept any liability for delays due to circumstances outwith our control.
Whilst we will take every care with packaging the product, we accept no liability for damage caused by climate conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Deliveries only within UK.
All items will be despatched via Royal Mail first class post and will be delivered to the address specified at the time of order. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us by telephone within 16 hours of placing your order. We may be able to amend the delivery address outwith this time however this cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we are unable to give refunds for unwanted items.
In the event your item is not received in a satisfactory condition, you should notify us at email@example.com, including order number, within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
The entire item should be returned to us in the original packaging within 30 days, stating reason for return and original order details. Claims made outwith the specified times may not be accepted.
On receipt of the item, we will inspect and, if approved, arrange for replacement or refund of the item together with refund of the return postage costs incurred.
Refunds will be made as per the original method of payment. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned of the goods. Returns should be addressed to Caramiche Chocolaterie, 65 Sandhaven, Sandbank, Dunoon, PA23 8QW.
Cancellation of Orders
Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we are unable to cancel orders once the goods have been despatched.
